ABOUT US

We have been singing together since we were very young. Our group as the evening Light Gospel Singers was formed in 1968 and the original members were Brenda & Lowell Flynn,Wilma & Warren Swango & Willard Crase. We were broadcasting on WSLM radio station Salem,Indiana & needed a name for our group and Brenda's mother, Julia Parker,gave us the name which we still use. She later joined us playing the 5 string banjo. Over the years the group has changed from time to time & Lowell & myself are the only two original members
